Refund policy

We at TrueBloom Beauty have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the return requirements outlined below. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@truebloombeauty.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo or video evidence may be required to verify damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom products, gift cards, and items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging when applicable. For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-care items may have specific return requirements. Please contact us before returning an opened or used item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
